As you'd most probably expect from purchasing a new vehicle, you'd be getting a brand new vehicle where everything is " PERFECT "  from the interior being spotlessly clean, the carpets and mats in immaculate condition, the glass being smear free, even down to the paintwork being flawless......... WELL GUESS WHAT ......... you'd be wrong sadly.

Over the years within the car care industry we've come across many brand new vehicles riddled in defects.

From brand new Audi's that have their bumpers resprayed due to scratching them while at the dealership to Range Rovers needing leather repair due to getting their arm rest and set bolsters scuffed from delivery drivers getting in them in their work clothes.... even top of the range 

Aston Martin's and Porsche's being covered in factory induced sanding clusters/dry paint, swirls/marring/ light surface scratches from removing the protective transport stickers wrong. Not to mention the buffer trails and machine polishing compound burns on plastic trims where the dealership have machine polished the paintwork wrong.

When new, a vehicle can be stored in compounds outside tightly parked up next to other vehicles and can get accidently damaged. The same can happen when getting transported to the dealership and loaded on to the transporter, also defects can be missed when a vehicle under goes the PDI preparation check by an unskilled dealership worker.

No matter what, we've seen it all , from £15'000 day to day cars right upto £250'000 super cars that only get used on sunny days. 

It's good to know that the vehicle you've jut spent your hard earned money on is infact 

" BRAND NEW " i.e untouched.

When viewing the vehicle you want to purchase the sales person will most likely try to sell you a " PROTECTION PACKAGE " with bold claims such as " no more polishing and waxing ", " it protects against stone chips and scratches " and even " it lasts a lifetime "  and many many more bold claims.

 In truth though ..... the " protection packages " they offer you are infact poor quality and not good value for money. If you're wondering what we mean then the packages such as " Diamond Brite, Williams, GardX, Liifeshine and Supergaurd " ( to name but a few ) are most probably the products used in these packages.

Due the the sheer volume of vehicles the in-house service valeters have to prepare each day along with only having a set amount of time per vehicle and not to mention the lack of knowledge and being drastically in-experienced to correctly prepare and protect your 

pride and joy.

Our "NEW CAR PROTECTION " package normally takes 2 days to complete ( not a few hours ) depending on the size of the vehicle. To perform the package, all the tools used are some of the industries leading ones along with all the chemicals used. 

The ceramic coatings we use are of the finest quality and truly unrivalled in protecting your pride and joy from 2 years up to 5 years.

The professional grade ceramic coatings we use on all of our customers vehicles are fully accredited certified use only ( basically ..... you CANT get access to them without authorisation and relevant training ).

With the professional coatings we use, they give the paintwork unrivalled UV resistance, dirt  repellency ( stays cleaner for longer ), easier to clean as well as swirl resistance thanks to the top tier coatings at our disposal.

Like all of our packages we have ADD ON'S  you can opt for to boost what's done to your new purchase such as wheel ceramic coatings, glass and plastic coatings as well as interior protection like fabric repellency and leather protection.

With everything done the right way, you're giving your new vehicle the best start and really protecting your pride and joy.

We strongly advise that you instruct the dealership to NOT touch the vehicle before you collect it i.e DONT WASH IT! DONT POLISH IT! DONT WAX IT!.... JUST TELL THEM TO LEAVE IT AS IS AND NOT TO PREPARE IT FOR COLLECTION! 

This way you will reduce the risk of  receiving your new investment riddled in defects and needing more correction work doing costing YOU more money.

• All wheels & wheel arches are deep cleaned.
• Door and boot shuts cleaned along with petrol flap.
• Full exterior pressure washed down removing as much dirt and grime as possible.
• Bodywork is sprayed with a citrus pre-wash to aid further with the dirt and grime removal before pressure washed off.
• The entire vehicle is covered from top to bottom with snowfoam as a final stage of helping to remove dirt and grime before pressure rinsing off.
• Onto the 2 bucket safe wash process now, aimed at getting the exterior of the vehicle washed off as safe as possible then rinsed down.
• 2 stage chemical decontaminated. All tar deposits and bonded brake dust/iron fallout chemically removed safely.
• Full claybar treatment to remove any bonded contaminants on the paint and glass, leaving it silky smooth ready to be machine polished.
• Vehicle rinsed down and dried.
• Panel gaps, shuts, rubbers blown dried to remove trapped water ingress.
• All delicate areas such as plastic trim, window rubbers, badges/emblems masking taped up to protect from machine polishing.
• Machine polishing is now started.
• A single stage machine polish will not only prepare the paintwork but the single stage gloss enhancement will remove defects like fine surface scratches, swirls and marring.
• The vehicle is then thoroughly blown down and dusted to remove any polishing dust.
• Vehicle is then thoroughly wiped down twice using an alcohol spray to help remove the residue and oils from polishing leaving the paintwork clean and bare.
• All paintwork on the bodywork, door shuts and wheel faces are then protected with a single layer 6 month ceramic infused wax . ( WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND UPGRADING TO A 2 YEAR CEAMIC COATING OR OUR 3 YEAR OR 5 YEAR PROFESSIONAL GRADE CERAMIC COATING TO LOCK IN  AND BOOST THE GLOSS LEVELS ASWELL AS PROTECTING THE PAINTWORK FOR YEARS TO COME) . 
• All plastics are protected with a long lasting plastic trim dressing.
• Tyres conditioned.
• Exterior glass has a 6 month rain repellent applied.

Time depends on the vehicle size and condition. Average time taken for this

 package is  1.5 -2 days.
